about the work

eaters is pvi collective’s latest touring work which premiers in August 2022 before playing venues across the country. the strictly limited season in Albany is October 8 and 9, 2022.

eaters is a rowdy participatory quiz night hosted by pvi collective that seeks some common ground for the future of food.

through an artful quiz night that’s a mashup of questions and games, pvi will playfully sow the seeds of personal responsibility vs political will in order to flesh out a sustainable way forward and encourage us to consider where our food comes from and what the future of it may be.

eaters elevates the traditional pen and paper pub quiz to a participatory game show.

This work was commissioned by The Wired Lab for the ‘agri(culture) II’ project. This tour is supported by PlayingWA.

the eaters regional tour has been supported by the Western Australian Government through Playing WA a joint funding initiative of the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.
