Imogen is a finance professional with over 15 years in the financial and legal industries. Formerly a corporate lawyer at Freehills, Imogen is now works at one of the big four banks in a loan structuring and execution role. This role requires the negotiation of loan documentation with institutional clients and the bringing together of teams throughout the bank to ensure a smooth delivery of services to customers. Imogen has worked with a range clients in customers from a number of industries, including property, natural resources and health and has developed an extensive network of legal and other professionals throughout Perth. She is enthusiastic, questioning, outgoing and focussed on delivering for clients. Imogen was proud to join the pvi board in early 2019.
