Philip is an advocate for the creative arts in Perth. He has gathered over 25 years’ experience working with and leading creative industry organisations in delivering public artworks, placemaking, urban planning, architecture and urban design. Philip is the deputy chair of the City of Perth Public Art Panel and advocates for quality design through various organisations including the AIA, ACA, PCA, and A4LE. Philip is also a graduate of the Growth Owners Program at Curtin Business School, co-founding director of Gresley Abas Architects and brings strategic thinking and SME acumen to the PVI board.
