after seven years our current secretary, the amazing bonnie davies, is leaving the pvi board due to touring commitments, and we are seeking expressions of interest for a replacement.
pvi collective: pvi collective are a tactical media arts group who create interdisciplinary artworks that creatively disrupt every day life. the company aims to stretch the limits of performance to the edges of its meaning by creating playfully subversive performances and interventions, taking our audiences along with us for the ride.
who: this would suit anyone who is interested in the work pvi do and would be interested in committing to one (1) year minimum – preferably longer – but see how you like it.
the role of secretary requires
– minute taking
– reminding board members of upcoming meetings
– updating asic register (filling in online forms)
you don’t have to be experienced, or even in the arts industry. this role would particularly suit someone who is an emerging artist, artsworker or someone who works in an urelated field but has an interest in pvi collective’s work and future.

the current board has a great mix of professionals you’ll be learning and working with at board meetings and strategy sessions.

kelli mccluskey (pvi artist)
meetings every six (6) weeks – approx. 2.0 hours average length
usually held on thursday mornings at 9.30am, pending board availability
annual agm held once a year – evening with pvi members
strategy sessions – held occasionally, if required – pending board availability
additional time commitments include: distribution of minutes, reminder emails to board for meetings and asic updates (online) approx. 1.0 hour per month
